We offer a range of courses to continue your professional development. If you work in education whether in a support role, as a teacher or manager/leader, we can help you further enhance your skills and knowledge whilst achieving, if desired, academic credit. For those that are already graduates and work in education, the Masters in Education provides an opportunity to enhance CVs and study areas of particular interest. Those returning to teaching after a career break, secondary teachers wishing to learn more to enable transition or NQT teachers may find our short courses beneficial.
Our short course will enable you to learn about or consolidate your knowledge of the primary curriculum, the skills required to be a successful practitioner and explore issues in the sector. They can be studied as either a CPD course (without formal assessment) or as a Module at Masters or degree level.
Examples of our short courses include Behaviour Management, modules exploring issues arising from dyslexia and autism, teaching modern foreign languages, ICT and mentoring and coaching. You can choose to be assessed in your learning and these credits can be put towards larger qualifications in the future.
